Our commercial litigation practice is devoted to defending clients in complex and high-stakes disputes. We primarily represent large corporate and institutional clients in this area, including banks, insurance companies, public entities, and universities. Within our commercial litigation practice, we represent clients in all types of disputes involving vendors, lenders, shareholders, competitors, and other entities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

We handle these and other types of commercial disputes in courtrooms throughout Florida and across the country. Many of our larger institutional clients require our assistance in jurisdictions outside of Florida, and we are well-equipped to handle these matters. We represent our clients in state and federal court, and in addition to handling our clients’ commercial litigation at the trial level, we also provide appellate representation when necessary.
