Matt Haftel was admitted before the Florida Bar in 2000 and is admitted before the United States Middle District Court and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Haftel received his B.B.A in 1990 from The George Washington University and his J.D. in 1999 from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, The Federalist Society, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Haftel’s civil trial practice includes cases involving Government Liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Construction Litigation, Automobile Liability, and Insurance Coverage, in both federal and state courts. Mr. Haftel had tried cases in numerous jurisdictions throughout Florida and handled numerous appeals. He is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell which bestowed on him the preeminent AV rating. Mr. Haftel is active in the community and currently serves as a Board Member for the Princeton House Charter School and Saint Peter Catholic School.
