Brandon Acevedo was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020 and is admitted before the United States District Courts of Florida for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Acevedo received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Florida in 2013. After spending several years serving as the Director of Operations for an Independent Investment Advisor, he began attending Florida A&M University College of Law where he would go on to graduate magna cum laude in the top 5% of his class. Mr. Acevedo is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
Throughout his career, Mr. Acevedo has represented numerous individuals, business entities, municipalities, and governmental entities. He concentrates his practice in the defense of personal injury cases and general liability insurance defense. He has also assisted in seminars on the topics of Liability Case Law Updates, the First Amendment, Workplace Drug Testing, Premises Liability, and Motion Practice.
Mr. Acevedo is an active member of the community and can often be seen volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank.
