Stephen Mistoler was admitted before the Florida Bar in 2016 and is admitted before the Washington D.C. Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He earned two B.S. degrees from Clemson University and received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

Mr. Mistoler is a dedicated defense attorney who specializes in protecting the interests of individuals, business entities, insurance companies and sovereigns in federal and state courts. He brings his keen insight and strategic expertise to every case he handles.

Before joining O’Connor, Haftel & Angell, PLLC, Mr. Mistoler honed his skills at a prominent national defense firm where he provided skilled legal representation to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, independent living communities, and homeowners associations. He has also served as a Special Magistrate, presiding over civil traffic violations and animal control hearings.
